Updated in a lightweight silk; our liners provide draft reduction, protection from condensation dripping on you and your down sleeping bag during slumber and an overall sense of luxury to your teepee. Owners usually never go back to camping without one.

Ventless Teepee

Minimalism shouldn’t always have to cost you money. For the true ultralighter or those willing to sacrifice a little comfort for money in their pocket we can skip on the vents. Pros: saves weight and cost. Cons: cuts down on air circulation. What Crazy thinks, Only for those who need an emergency type shelter, vents and air circulation are key to your camping comfort.

Sod/Snow Flaps

Sodflap or snowflaps depending on the season you are using them in serve several purposes. During the snowy months cover the flaps with a little of the white stuff to create a tight seal at the base of your teepee to prevents drafts. The rest of the year they’ll keep out the creepy crawlies.

Teepee Floor

Benefits of a teepee floor: It’s a known fact that nobody likes a wet tent. A lot of that moister inside your tent rises from the ground. A teepee floor prevents water from colleting on the wall of your teepee; it also prevents bugs from getting in and gives you a clean space to setup your sleeping bag and other gear.

Accessory Strip

The king of accessories. On the inside of your teepee we’ll install no-see-um mesh running six inches up from the bottom of the teepee. The mesh is secured to each stake out point creating ten large mesh pockets. At the top of the mesh we trim it with Velcro or zipper (your choice) so you can attach your teepee floor or flaps to create the ultimate critter, wind and watertight seal.

Stove Port

Let us install a vermiculite coated fiberglass insert into your teepee for use with a variety of stoves. Include stormflap with velcro closure.

The Canoe and Kayak Touring Tent

Whether you’re touring the Boundary Waters or rafting the Colorado River, Arapahoe Outdoors has the perfect paddlesports shelter for you. Our touring teepee is made of UV resistant silicone impregnated ripstop nylon and features a single aluminum center pole. This lightweight design allows you to easily stow your tent in a drybag or portage pack during your canoe, kayak, or raft tour.


After a day of paddling, you’re guaranteed to stay dry and comfortable in the palace-like interior of an Arapahoe Outdoors teepee. An optional footprint allows you to seal your teepee from the sand and soil of the shores you call home each night. For ultralight boaters, a paddle can be used in place of the teepee’s aluminum center pole.
